5 of 5 Nice Product Tuesday, December 23, 2008
Nitz from Plano,TX
I like this MP3 player a lot. Buy. com provides very quick delivery service. The only problem I have is I am not able to find repeat mode for songs. But its been just couple of days since I got this player, may be I will find it when I'll get used to it...But overall I love it!!!!

5 of 5 Sansa Fuze -- A Sansa E280 version 2 Tuesday, December 23, 2008
LBA from Freeport NY
I bought the 8gb Fuze for my wife as a holiday gift mostly for playing music after my good experience with my E280. Since I would be the one to add music and manage our music library, I didn't want a new learning curve with another machine. The Fuze uses the same external charger as the E280, as well as the same PC connection. The Fuze is Generation 2 of the Sansa E280. It starts up much quicker -- updating its database -- so changing the available music selection(s) is more streamlined. I have both the Fuze and E280 running in MSC USB mode, which means they both act like external memory. With both, of course, video and pictures have to be run through the downloadable Sansa software before uploading to player. The only shortcoming for the Fuze is that we have not been able to find a control that will allow going forward or backward in an audio selection, as we can in the E280 (though it's a rather annoying process). So if it's to be used for audio books, and you want to repeat a (missed) section of or jump forward in a selection, there doesn't seem to be any way to do it. All in all, using the Fuze has been seamless and easy, especially since I had experience with the E280. I've asked her to trade and she said "no way."

4 of 5 Setting up not very userfriendly Monday, December 22, 2008
krissyinlv from Las Vegas, NV
I have to say this MP3 is pretty complicated in some areas. I can't see someone who doesn't understand computers very being able to get help with this. My player did not come with thorough instructions, not to mention saying nothing about the "Sansa Media Converter." I would not have known about half of the instructions without extra research. I'm just saying setting this thing up is not very user friendly in my eyes. Once get through all of the "tricks" to get your media loaded, it plays wonderfully.

4 of 5 Good Value, needs to come with info for the techno Monday, December 22, 2008
H. R. from upstate NY
Having never owned a real mp3 player before I am a bit slow on the technology. This is a great player with a nice display that seems simple enough to use. The one negative for me is the lack of directions or troubleshooting suggestions. I am lost. I have had it shut off or freeze on me multiple times...no idea why. I properly tagged all my songs yet the player is still having trouble sorting a third of them properly. A bit frustrating. Overall it is easy to read, clear sound and a good value.

5 of 5 My Kiddoes Love this!! Monday, December 22, 2008
A Customer from San Antonio, Texas
After trying a bunch of 3rd rate MP3 players - I finally bought this Sandisk Fuze, WOW!!! This player is GREAT, I can sync to Media Player or just "drag-n-drop" the music I want to the player and it works flawlessly. I can even record music from an FM radio station on the player itself... And best of all, I can all of this for 1/3 the price of an iPod.

5 of 5 Nice little player with lots of features Friday, December 19, 2008
A Customer from Lena, IL.
Love all the features, sound quality is great, video sync with sound is off sometimes but overall it's a great buy. Sansa needs to make the Sansa Media Converter software in a Linux version.

4 of 5 Good value but . . . Monday, December 15, 2008
A Customer from Garland, Texas
I used my e250 constantly in my car (with an FM transmitter). I upgraded to the Fuze primarily for the memory. Mostly I'm satisfied with two exceptions. First, it is hard for me to turn on and off. There's only a tiny nub on the switch for my fingernail to catch, and the spring in the spring-loaded switch is pretty strong. Second, there is only a scroll wheel for running up and down the lists. The e250 had buttons above and below the wheel for scrolling up and down. I don't like scroll wheels; I've never seen the point (and I'll add that this one is no better than the e250's, maybe a little more slippery). Buttons are faster and more accurate (when you want to move up or down only one title).

5 of 5 Love This MP3 Player! Monday, December 15, 2008
KC from Pittsburgh PA
What more is there to say? This is a great MP3 player! It is the first one I bought, after much research reading reviews and asking many friends and co-workers about their various MP3 players. I love the FM radio and voice recording functions too.

4 of 5 Great Mp3 Player for a Low Price Wednesday, December 10, 2008
LaRagazza from Los Angeles, CA
For what the Fuze does it's a great value. The video feature is amazing and the sound quality is great. I've got almost 1,000 songs and several videos and photos already on mine and I still have several GBs to spare. I have had a few problems with transfers that don't "take" that I've had to transfer over twice since they don't show up or come out as garbled. Using mini-speakers with the Fuze is also probematic since you have to basically jam in the input jack as far as possible to get the full sound. A few songs have also showed up twice on the same playlist. I'm still working out the kinks but overall I'd say this is a fantastic player. I can cheaply expand the memory anytime and the Fuze is the perfect little size that fits in my pocket, purse or hand. I really didn't want to buy into the overpriced Ipod/Apple hype and now with Fuze I won't have to!
